TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.All promotions will be done in the name of “OurWeddingMall” and not its individual vendors. Promotions of the Mall will only include the name of OurWeddingMall.
2.OurWeddingMall does not guarantee future business for its vendors.
3.OurWeddingMall gives no grace period for renewal. Further, OurWeddingMall reserves the right to remove any vendor whose membership is delinquent 15 or more days.
4.OurWeddingMall will provide Internet access through the Mall’s sites to a vendor’s page or website for the term outlined herein. The mall is not responsible for maintaining vendor’s site.
5.All membership fees are to be paid in advance for the term outlined herein. No refunds will be issued a vendor who ceases to provide the specified services.
6.OurWeddingMall will have a vendor’s site online (Page or Link) within 10 days.
7.OurWeddingMall reserves the right to remove a vendor at its discretion and without reimbursement from the Mall if OurWeddingMall has reason to believe said vendor is engaging in unethical business practices.
8.Vendors/Members agree to post the OurWeddingMall logo or website link on their website for the duration of their membership with OurWeddingMall.
